Leading Technical Support Specialist

This job is a part of our global team providing technical services to merchants and internal teams. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving complex incidents, providing advanced technical support, and creating knowledge base articles.
You will work closely with our engineering and SRE teams to escalate support requests and incidents, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to develop simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries.
Job Requirements- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to develop simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries
- Knowledge of other Trustly adopted technologies: AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Database queries
