Job Title: General Maintenance Technician
Main Responsibilities:As a General Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building installations, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will also be required to repair and maintain air conditioning and pumping system equipment, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
- Repair and replace faulty or damaged components, such as valves, pumps, and motors, to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machinery and equipment to prevent wear and tear.
