We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on office furniture and equipment, as well as ensuring that the workspace is clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair office furniture and equipment
  • Perform routine cleaning and organization of the workspace
  • Transport and assemble office furniture and shelving units
  • Assist with minor electrical work, light construction, and painting as needed
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Knowledge of power tools and equipment operation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
