Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of mechanical and electrical activities on various pieces of equipment.
Your primary duties will include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, part replacements, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Installing and validating new equipment
- Documenting all maintenance activities performed
- Assisting other teams with problem-solving and improvement initiatives
You will work closely with our training department to train new technicians on machine repair and setup procedures. You will also participate in company-run programs such as Continuous Improvement, Safety Initiatives, and Audits.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be proficient in using technical documentation and able to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
