Expert Commercial Process Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Process Expert to drive end-to-end process harmonization, global organization, and digitalization across our commercial flows. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing process design and implementation in IT tools, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse business organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance user experience, streamline operations, and ensure efficiency in tool utilization and organizational processes.
  • Drive BOLD implementations in new countries, balancing local needs with Group requirements, while acting as a referent for CORE processes and data.
  • Support initiatives linked to innovation, such as analytics, automation, and paperless solutions, contributing to our Business Transformation journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Business partners, EPSO, IPSO, DT&A departments, and Front Office implementation teams to achieve program objectives.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of strong operational experience in finance transformation projects, preferably in commercial flow areas.
  2. Experience in working in project mode, performing individual contributor to leadership roles, and managing cross-functional teams.
  3. Proven expertise in process design, implementation, and improvement, with experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse groups.
  4. Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes is required.
  5. Strong analytical, synthetic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information, define problems, and form plans of action.
  6. Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently, take ownership of this role, and thrive in a fast-paced environment under time pressure.
