Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tax Professional to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate tax returns, and generating business growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
  • Provide clients with IRS support
  • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks
