A Day in the Life:You will cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, fostering growth and loyalty. As a leader, you will guide a customer-focused team of associates, driving their seasonal tax business forward by overseeing a single H&R Block tax office.
Your Expertise:- Prior experience working in client-facing roles, shift leadership, or similar positions.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise people effectively.
- Completion of relevant training programs, such as the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.* (for tax preparation)
- Ongoing education and adherence to IRS and state requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
- Demonstrated independence and self-motivation.
- A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and assignments based on business needs.
