We are seeking a skilled Tax Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with clients and helping them navigate complex tax situations.
- This position involves conducting thorough tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate tax returns, and generating business growth through excellent client service.
- Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
The successful Tax Associate will be responsible for:
- Providing expert tax advice and support to clients;
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns for accuracy and completeness;
- Generating new business opportunities and increasing client retention;
- Supporting office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments;
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak tax seasons.
