- Possess the expertise to prepare complete and accurate tax returns.

- Provide support to clients regarding IRS matters.
- Support office priorities through collaborative teamwork.
- A degree in accounting or a related field is essential.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments is advantageous.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, supportive environments is crucial.
- Availability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
- Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course is required.
- Experience working in dynamic environments is desirable.
- Proficiency in utilizing virtual tools - video, phone and chat - is necessary.
- Effective communication skills in person, via phone and in writing are required.
