About the Position:

This role oversees our transactional processes in Accounting, Tax Calculation, Tax Receipts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Service Contracts, Freight, and Consumer Account Management.

The successful candidate will ensure process efficiency through compliance with KPIs and SLAs, developing effective strategies for the Shared Services Center aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in SSC processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Collaborate with other functional areas and business leaders to ensure efficient service delivery;
  • Manage tax calculation, ensuring debt collection and/or refunding tax benefits according to current legislation, while maintaining compliance with ancillary obligations within established deadlines;
  • Control service contracts, leases, and similar agreements from receipt to termination;
  • Manage financial control involving Accounts Payable and Receivable operations, including write-offs and controls, and advances made to suppliers following established policies;
  • Responsible for freight and transit operations, from contracting services to accurate entries and payments;
  • Seek efficiency in SSC operations through SLAs agreed with each business leader;
  • Ensure accounting reconciliation of companies in Brazil, adhering to accounting standards and global Controllership guidelines;
  • Manage expenses under your management, aligning with company policies and departmental objectives;
  • Promote continuous improvement and automation of processes under your management, implementing necessary controls to mitigate risks and losses for the company;
  • Comply with current laws and internal procedures, serving as a point of reference;
  • Unify and standardize transaction processes for the SSC.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • MBA/Postgraduate degree – Controllership, Financial Management, and People Management;
  • More than 7 years of experience in SSC required;
  • Work experience in a multinational company in a matrix environment and in the agribusiness sector;
  • Solid knowledge of accounting, financial management, calculations, internal control, reports, and financial processes;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
  • Experience with SAP system;
  • Experience with SLAs and KPIs;
  • Strong project and process management skills;
  • Experience with AI and automation, bringing innovative solutions to the business;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Ability to interact effectively with different hierarchical levels;
  • Effective management and leadership skills with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven experience in leading teams in the Shared Services Center area;
  • Willingsness to live and work in São José do Rio Preto.
