- Provide expert IRS support and audit representation to clients.
- Mentor and support teammates to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
- Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and working with tax planning and audit support.
