Senior Operations Manager

This leadership role entails assisting senior management in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising objectives. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain punctual attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts with flexibility to accommodate varying hours and days as needed.
- Foster a safe and efficient workplace by adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Provide legendary customer service through GURA:
- Greet the Customer.
- Understand Customer Needs & Wants.
- Offer Product Solutions.
- Enhance the Customer Experience & Appreciate the Customer.
- The successful candidate will perform a combination of tasks during the majority of their shift, including but not limited to:
- Execute assigned basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Transport and make bank deposits.
- Evaluate store conditions and delegate tasks.
- Organize and prioritize workflow using daily planners.
- Manage merchandise recovery.
- Participate in mandatory freight processing.
- Complete regular and promotional price change activities.
- Resolve customer complaints/issues and ensure a legendary shopping experience.
- Comply with loss prevention standards and respond to alarm calls as necessary.
- Communicate with team members on job functions, responsibilities, and financial goals.
- Operate cash registers/computers while supervising cash handling procedures.
- Assist team members in applying policies and procedures.
- Ensure animal safety and well-being. Maintain poultry holding tanks and care for birds as required.
- Operate Forklift and Baler equipment.
- Complete documentation related to job duties.
- Obtain necessary licenses or certifications.
- May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
