We are seeking a senior professional to provide financial support and analytical services to our Business Unit leadership team. This role involves closing, consolidating, and analyzing financial data to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in controllership, with expertise in leveraging data to drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPPORTING ACCOUNTING IN MONTHLY CLOSING AND INTERNAL CONTROL PROCESSES
  • PREPARING AND CONSOLIDATING THE ANNUAL BUDGET TO ALIGN WITH BUSINESS STRATEGY
  • ANALYZING AND EXPLAINING PERFORMANCE DEVIATIONS BASED ON FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL KPIs
  • MANAGING CONTRACTS WITH OUTSOURCED ACCOUNTING FIRMS TO ENSURE QUALITY AND TIMELINESS
  • DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTROLS TO ENSURE REVENUE FLOW INTEGRITY
  • STANDARDIZING AND IMPROVING P2P (PROCURE-TO-PAY) PROCESSES FOR EFFICIENCY
  • PROVIDING SUPPORT TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP IN DECISION-MAKING THROUGH FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANALYSIS

The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized individual with advanced knowledge of IFRS and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in Controllership, FP&A, or similar areas
  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS
  • Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
