Customer Experience Specialist

You will be part of our primary contact with Pharma division customers, delivering excellence in customer experience through professional communication and building trusted relationships with our final and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer's focal point
- Receiving purchase orders from our customers and adding them to the system
- Monitoring orders closely
- Sending documentation
- Communication and negotiation with internal teams (sales, planning, export, financial, and quality)
- Using Sales Force tool for communication and case management
- Customer service oriented
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication
- SAP mandatory
- English advanced
- Spanish desirable
- Sales Force experience desirable
