Senior Leadership Position

This is a key role responsible for crafting compelling narratives and messages that drive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, creating connections with target audiences, and contributing to the company's reputation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build reputation, having clarity about opportunities, key messages, and channels for each audience relevant to our business (investors, B2B and B2C clients, real estate brokers and agents, public authorities).
  • Create engaging content about our organization: new products, business results and achievements, our brands, other relevant topics.
  • Lead relationships with the press, work with reporters daily, with a combination of proactive and reactive communications efforts that protect and enhance our reputation.
  • Lead the team responsible for generating reports, studies, and research in-house and in partnership with other institutions to position our organization as an authority in real estate and reference in data.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, organize media trainings, and prepare executives to be effective communicators.
  • Manage corporate issues and crises across countries.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience leading Comms/PR in companies that reached a significant position in their segment.
  • Strong strategic skills, proven ability to develop communications strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Creative thinking, experience going beyond media relations to reach target audiences.
  • Ability to identify opportunities within the company and package them into compelling stories.
  • Proven management skills, with ability to balance critical thinking with tactical execution and attention to detail.
  • Strong command of the media, policy, and cultural landscape in Brazil. Having worked close to Public Policy is a plus.
  • Experience in crisis management and explaining complex topics to a wide range of audiences.
  • Exceptional writing and communications skills.
  • Fluent in English. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

This role requires someone who is experienced in communications leadership, has strong strategic skills, and can lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the media, policy, and cultural landscape in Brazil and be able to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
