  • Lead finance capital allocation and internal process to ensure the return on projects is captured and approved.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive capital allocation framework to guide investment decisions and ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, commercial, and technology, to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in finance transformation projects, capital allocation, data visualization, and business planning.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to effectively work with global and local teams in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
