Job Description

We are seeking a Senior ML Architect to drive business growth by designing and deploying scalable machine learning systems that personalize user experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy large-scale ML models serving 100M+ predictions per day
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data processing pipelines and experimentation infrastructure
  • Optimize recommendation systems for relevance, diversity, and revenue
  • Deliver real-time personalization with latency under 50 ms across key product surfaces
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in building and scaling production ML systems
  • Strong background in ranking algorithms (collaborative filtering, learning-to-rank, deep learning)
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with distributed computing (Spark, Ray) and LLM/AI Agent frameworks
