Responsibilities
• Develop and execute account plans to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision makers and key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive account growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions and drive sales excellence
• Develop and implement plans to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Brazilian)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Experience in digital transformation and sales excellence
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services
• Ability to influence and mitigate competitive risk
