Job Requirements:
- Requires formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area.
- Performs technical-based activities.
- Contributes to and manages projects.
- Uses deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations.
- Interfaces with and influences key stakeholders.
- Leverages previous knowledge and expertise to achieve results.
- Ability to complete work self-guided.
- College or university degree required or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories and concepts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executes established benefits processes and seeks guidance from Sr. Analyst.
- Triage, researches, and responds to participant issues (i.e. eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery).
- Triage and research system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
- Reviews benefit reports and acts as needed.
- Performs peer review on work completed by other peers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
