Business Analytics Faculty Position

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Business Analytics faculty member to join our department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching business analytics courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conducting research in areas such as Applied Statistics, Probabilistic Machine Learning, and Methods of Artificial Intelligence, developing and maintaining a research agenda with a focus on publishing in peer-reviewed journals, securing external funding for research projects, and supervising higher degree research students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach business analytics courses to both undergraduate and graduate students
  • Conduct research in quantitative fields, including statistics and machine learning
  • Develop and maintain a research program with a focus on publications in top-tier academic journals
  • Secure funding for research initiatives from external sources
  • Supervise postgraduate research students working on their dissertations
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field (or near completion)
  • Demonstrated scholarly and professional achievements
  • Experience in teaching adult learners in online and higher education settings
  • Preferably 3 years' experience in the business analytics industry
