As a high-performing leader, you will be joining our team responsible for driving data-driven decision making across editorial and merchandising activities. You will develop frameworks and benchmarks for assessing performance, provide insights and recommendations to leadership, and collaborate with partners across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop analytics frameworks and tools to drive strategic decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tools and processes necessary to drive strategy and analysis initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision making
- Lead a team of high-performing analysts and managers
Requirements:
- 8+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in Consulting, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Strategy
- Excellent analytical skills, with a deep attention to detail
- Superior ability to synthesize complex data and develop early hypotheses
- Experience in building executive-level materials, with a keen eye for presentation design
