Operations Manager - Latin America

This role will involve overseeing the daily operations of our organization in Latin America. As a senior-level manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RAQA and experience working in Latin America. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead all aspects of implementing an effective CAPA program to prevent reoccurrence or occurrence of quality problems.
  • Ensure the company meets license requirements for importation and distribution activities, maintaining validity over time.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Assist Business Units with international audits, support marketing strategy development, and guide regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Responsible for registering new and market expansion products across Latin America, ensuring continuous supply while staying up-to-date on regulatory intelligence from different Health Agencies.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide strategic leadership and guidance to our team in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in life science (e.g., pharmacy, biochemistry) and advanced English and Spanish language skills.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Strong experience in RAQA in Latin America required.
  • Education: Active bachelor's degree necessary. Master's degree in Administration recommended.
  • Language: Advanced English and Spanish.
  • Travel: 30%
