About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team at Hacking Law Practice LLC. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and reports.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks to update case information in document management systems.
- File and retrieve documents from physical and electronic filing systems.
- Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate transcripts.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- 1 year of experience as a Paralegal (required).
- 1 year of experience in Immigration Law (required).
- 1 year of experience in Sales Force (preferred).
- English language proficiency (required).
Work Location: In person.
