Regional Clinical Studies Lead

The primary function of this role is to oversee regional study delivery and ensure that the quality standards are met. This entails managing a team of clinical operations professionals who work on assigned studies, as well as collaborating with other stakeholders to maintain alignment with overall business goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the regional clinical operations team in achieving effective decision making and problem resolution within the region for the assigned study.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the region and provide regular updates on study progress to senior management and Global Clinical Study Manager as needed.
- Oversee study activities in the region to ensure compliance with the study protocol, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- A Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in clinical research within the biotech, pharma, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical research, including relevant experience as a team lead in clinical functions.
- Experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred but not necessary.
