Quality Score System Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Score System Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of our quality score system, monitoring various metrics, and promptly identifying and resolving potential issues.

You will also be responsible for optimizing the quality score calculation model based on business development and rider feedback to enhance its fairness and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the quality score system to ensure its accuracy and fairness.
  • Optimize the quality score calculation model based on business development and rider feedback.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of quality score-related data to identify key factors influencing rider delivery quality.
  • Provide data support for optimizing the quality score system and developing incentive strategies through data analysis.
  • Design and execute diverse rider incentive strategies based on the score system to improve rider delivery quality, reduce cancellation and rejection rates, and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the development and optimization of quality score system-related functions.
  • Monitor the operation of the quality score system and promptly identify and address potential risks, such as malicious score manipulation and cheating.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or operations, with expertise in the food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, with strong data processing and analysis skills.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems from complex data and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
  • In-depth understanding of the rider ecosystem and delivery business, with the ability to think from the rider's perspective.
