Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced social media specialist to manage content calendars, day-to-day posting, and engagement across multiple brand social channels.


  • Plan and execute monthly content strategies for various brands, utilizing knowledge of social trends and meme culture.
  • Support the creation and distribution of engaging content, ensuring consistent branding and timely messaging.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators, briefing, coordinating, and tracking posts to enhance brand voice and visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend innovative content formats and platform experiments.
  • Work closely with design, copy, and email teams to align messaging and campaign timing, resulting in cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report key metrics to senior management, enabling data-driven optimization of content and influencer performance.

Key Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience managing social content for consumer-facing brands, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or youth-driven categories.
  • Ability to handle multiple brands and social voices in a fast-paced environment, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer relationships and content, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience creating comprehensive social reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • A keen sense of humor and understanding of meme culture, enabling effective content creation.
  • Proficiency in using tools like CapCut to create engaging video content.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills, working effectively in remote teams.
