Creator Acquisition Specialist

This is an exciting chance to establish relationships with prominent brands and creators. As a Talent Manager, you will identify, acquire, and manage a diverse range of talent.
- Identify and recruit talented creators and talents from various platforms and industries, including social media, YouTube, podcasting, and more.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators and talents, including negotiating contracts and terms of engagement.
- Manage invoicing and financial operations for talent, clients, and the agency.
- Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting and supporting creators and talents.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and growth with creators and talents, including potential sponsorships and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on influencer-related campaigns and talent management, as well as a strong understanding of client/talent and account management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our creator and talent roster, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in creator and talent management, and ensuring that all work aims to deliver positive business results.
