Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Create and manage content pipelines: Plan, execute, and optimize content calendars for social media, email, and other owned platforms using project management tools like Notion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Design Leads and Video Editors to align on creative strategy, timelines, and asset creation.
  • Publish high-quality content consistently: Schedule and deploy organic social posts and newsletters while ensuring they are on-brand and on-message.
  • Stay agile in a fast-paced environment: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without compromising quality or speed.
  • Coordinate email campaigns: Plan and execute email newsletters that resonate with our audience.
  • Drive strategic initiatives: Support business objectives through targeted email marketing campaigns in partnership with Design Leads and Video Editors.
Social Media Management
  • Own and manage our brand's presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Develop compelling copy: Craft captions, headlines, and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
  • Engage with the community: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs while actively interacting with customers, creators, and collaborators.
Paid Advertising
  • Familiarize yourself with paid social advertising and ad copywriting best practices.
  • Work alongside our paid media specialist to develop and execute effective paid ad campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
  • Track performance metrics: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • Identify areas for improvement: Use data from Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to inform SEO and UX optimizations.
  • Provide actionable insights: Report trends, growth metrics, and recommendations that influence creative direction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content, email, and social media.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across channels.
  • Understand what drives engagement and why.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle timelines, tasks, and tools.
  • Awareness of digital performance metrics and analytics tools.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus Points If You:
  • Have experience working within an agency environment.
  • Managed newsletter content and owned media channels in the past.
  • Proficient in tools like Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GT Metrix.
  • Experience with brand-led social content creation.
