Email Marketing Specialist Role

We are a progressive omnichannel growth marketing agency focused on retail and consumer businesses.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for writing email and SMS marketing copy, building and deploying email and SMS flows and campaigns, and developing content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Retention Marketing Managers to execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for clients
  • Execute tasks for clients including writing, proofing, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns
  • Develop creative campaign concepts for client retention marketing calendars
  • Collaborate with in-house design team to develop the design approach for campaigns and flows
  • Produce copy for campaign concepts and work with clients to gain approval on briefs
Requirements:
  • Past experience working in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone. We're open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain.
