We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently. You will be the key contact between our customers and field teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Responsibilities include answering calls with professionalism, scheduling service appointments accurately, and dispatching technicians based on location, job type, and availability.
- You will also maintain real-time communication with field staff, update job statuses and customer records, and assist in resolving scheduling issues or customer concerns.
- A minimum of previous experience in the plumbing or home service industry is required. Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer-service skills.
