Expert employment law counsel is required to advise on Brazilian regulations and labor practices for business leaders and the People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise on Brazilian employment law and regulations.
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions.
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and employee documentation.
- Develop and deliver training for management on labor law compliance.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and proactively advise on potential impacts.
- Manage employment-related disputes and grievances.
- Bachelor's degree in Law; postgraduate specialization in Employment Law or Labor Relations is highly desirable.
- Admitted to practice law in Brazil.
- Strong experience focused exclusively on employment law.
- Proven track record in leading collective bargaining negotiations.
