Job Opportunity:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and operating the entire process link of rider service, continuously improving basic systems and product links. The primary goal is to enhance the rider experience through effective operation mechanisms.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Improving rider service solutions by focusing on rider experience, establishing mechanisms for effective operations, empowering various business teams, and enhancing their problem-solving capabilities;
- Identifying pain points of riders, working closely with the collaborative team to promote problem-solving from the source and reducing problem occurrence;
- Enhancing loyalty and experience of platform riders through online and offline methods;
- Discovering problems and actively improving, proposing optimization plans, promoting plan implementation, and achieving results.
Key Skills:
- Strong awareness and excellent communication and expression skills;
- Ability to discover problems, actively improve, and propose optimization plans;
- Collaboration and integration of internal and external resources, team spirit, and strong logic;
- Clear judgment of rider pain points, analysis of specific factors affecting rider experience, and provision of reasonable solutions.
