Job Opportunity:
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing rider experience throughout the year. This entails conducting thorough analysis of rider needs and business dynamics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted strategies to address these gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to elevate rider culture, drawing from insights gathered through research and data analysis
- Conceptualize and execute monthly themed events and traditional festivals, staying current with industry trends and consumer preferences
- Coordinate large-scale event projects, encompassing planning, resource allocation, implementation, and evaluation phases
- Collaborate across departments to establish activity coordination mechanisms and standard operating procedures
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to foster collaboration and integration among internal and external stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on teamwork
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with a focus on analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Good logical reasoning ability and data sensitivity, with priority given to project management experience
