We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our rider experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with product teams to optimize delivery pipelines, and developing feedback channels to enhance rider satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Conducting in-depth research and analysis to understand rider behavior and preferences
- Designing and implementing localized rider service systems to enhance rider experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery pipelines and improve overall efficiency
- Developing and maintaining feedback channels to collect rider feedback and insights
- At least 3 years of experience in strategy operations with a focus on customer service and experience enhancement
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members
- Results-driven and self-motivated individual with strong resilience and adaptability
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages a plus)
