We are seeking a seasoned project manager/lead in neuroscience to manage projects of increasing complexity, driving delivery excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish clear project objectives and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Ensure escalation pathways are followed both internally and externally.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant academic qualification.
- Prior experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities comparable to 8+ years.
- 5+ years of management responsibility with proven leadership skills.
This is a key opportunity for a skilled project manager/lead to drive business growth and deliver impactful results. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, ensuring quality, time, and cost adherence.
As a project manager/lead, you will establish strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, communicating their expectations effectively to the project team. You will also ensure that escalation pathways are followed, maintaining seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
