Lead Clinical Project Manager

The role of a Lead Clinical Project Manager involves strategic leadership and oversight of complex clinical projects. With a deep understanding of therapeutic areas, particularly Neurosciences, this individual will be responsible for managing operational and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with ICH-GCP.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develops monitoring strategy and clinical tools in alignment with the study protocol and contract/scope of work.
  • Collaborates with the Project Lead for the development of the Project Plan and prepares or presents at client meetings.
  • Oversight of project financials for all clinical activities, identifies OOS tasks and supports creation of Contract Modifications with the Project Lead.
  • Liaises with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of clinical deliverables within contractual timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience in the therapeutic area: Neurosciences - Rare Disease/ALS/Ophthalmology or Psychiatry.
  • Effective leadership, mentoring, and training skills; capable of motivating and integrating teams.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure effective prioritization of workload and workload of team members.
