Human Resources Development Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Development Specialist to collaborate closely with our global Learning & Development team to achieve global and local training and development project coordination and consistency. About the Role

This role involves supporting the L&D team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities and duly follow-up of same through implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring course release calendars and communication of training content on the online training platform.

  • Support the L&D team in designing and delivering training and development solutions
  • Manage and monitor course release calendars
  • Communicate training content on the online training platform

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound written, verbal, presentation and report writing skills, and experience using the Microsoft suite products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the L&D team in designing and delivering training and development solutions
  • Manage and monitor course release calendars and communicate training content on the online training platform
  • Assist in preparing communications and presentations for training courses/content
  • Track hours across all training programs managed by the L&D team
  • Support in preparing reports or dashboards with key indicators required for the L&D team project
  • Participate in the L&D department events & activities

Requirements:

  • Currently following a Degree or having a Diploma/Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Experience using the Microsoft suite products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound written, verbal, presentation and report writing skills
