We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving business growth through the development and implementation of efficient processes.
About the RoleThe Process Excellence Specialist will be responsible for:
- Investigating current processes and identifying areas for improvement;
- Designing and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Analyzing data to inform process improvements and measure their effectiveness;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes;
- Maintaining accurate records of process documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in software development and project management;
- 5+ years' experience developing and implementing process improvements and audits;
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices;
- Experience managing and overseeing activities related to CMMI, ISO 9001/27001, ITIL process frameworks;
- Knowledge of TQM methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
