About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the identification and design of business processes for automation.

Daily Tasks:

  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical solutions, effort estimation, and delivery strategies for Test Automation and RPA implementation projects
  • Lead a team of automation engineers through project completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop Process Definition Description - PDD documents that outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables of automation projects
  • Design, implement, and test automated workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Deployment of RPA components: bots, robots, development tools that enable seamless automation
  • Support the implementation of RPA solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment
  • Create process documentation that outlines the steps, procedures, and best practices for automation
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of delivery experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in automation
  • 5+ years as Automation Delivery practitioner with prior experience of Tricentis Tosca/Selenium/Katalon/Microfocus UFT, or similar tools
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an RPA delivery role, with a focus on customer interaction and software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology, including iterative development, continuous testing, and release planning
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions that meet customer needs
  • Hands-on Test Automation experience with UiPath, or similar technologies, is highly recommended
