Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a critical role in the financial sector.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking credit ratings on new mandates and monitoring existing ratings, adhering to our established criteria and processes.

  • Credit Rating Expertise: Conduct thorough analysis of credit ratings, utilizing industry knowledge and expertise to provide accurate assessments.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with senior team members to provide active support in data collection, research, and operational tasks.
  • Committee Participation: Actively participate in rating committees, offering valuable insights and opinions.

Maintain close relationships with issuers, regulators, and market constituents, staying abreast of market developments and taking necessary actions as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and Analysis: Conduct regular issuer, sector, and market research to inform analysis and compile rating reports and committee packages.
  2. Industry Insights: Contribute to internal discussions on sector-wide credit issues, potentially leading to the publication of research reports.
  3. External Engagement: Publish external research, including issuer reports, special sector reports, and presentations.

Maintain accurate records, perform financial data entry, and update databases/systems as needed.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, with a strong preference for relevant specialty.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong business English language skills, with Spanish desirable but not mandatory.
