Job Title: Senior Marketing Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Marketing Analyst. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the performance of marketing campaigns and generating strategic insights to strengthen brand positioning and boost game performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful game update launches, create marketing plans, coordinate promotional activities, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Coordinate brand activations and events to increase game visibility, support community-driven and media-focused communication efforts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as user acquisition, engagement, and conversion, consolidate reports, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Stay on top of gaming industry trends and community behavior, identify collaboration opportunities with influencers and content creators.
  • Translate campaign results and findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or expected between December 2022 and December 2025 in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Digital Games, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Able to work in a full-time position (8 hours per day).
  • Passionate about games.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
