As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the organization, including managing the legal team, maintaining licenses, implementing privacy-by-design structures, and overseeing litigation, contracts, corporate governance, and tax consultancy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the legal department team and setting tasks
- Maintaining company licenses and ensuring compliance

- Overseeing litigation, contracts, corporate governance, and tax consultancy
- Representing the organization in public authorities concerning data protection
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent English and Portuguese proficiency
- Qualified lawyer with expertise in data protection and privacy laws
- Proven experience managing legal issues within a corporate or law firm setting
- Knowledgeable in personal data privacy and OAB registration
Aplus skills include:
- Experience in IT and iGaming
- DPO certificate
