About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a key position in our boutique team. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring staff, and driving sales through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, manage budgets, and control expenses.
  • Mentor and coach staff to achieve exceptional customer service standards and ensure seamless delivery of our brand promise.
  • Oversee daily operations, including store displays, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth among team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience in a high-end environment.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
