We're looking for an experienced
MeLi Store Leader
to take full ownership of our Mercado Livre store in Brazil. You'll be a key part of our team, responsible for growing the business from the ground up, managing all store operations, and driving revenue. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the owner of your own store, with full responsibility for its success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of our Mercado Livre store, taking full ownership of its operations, performance, and revenue growth
  • Identify profitable products, test key hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions on what to sell and how to improve sales
  • Use Mercado Livre's analytical platforms (JoomPulse, Nubimetrics, Real Trends, Shopping de Precos, etc.) to guide business decisions and optimize performance
  • Utilize Mercado Livre ads and marketing automation tools to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Work with our team to generate hypotheses on new features and strategies to improve our product

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience setting up and managing your own Mercado Livre store in Brazil, from launch to a minimum monthly GMV of 50k BRL
  • High-level structural and system thinking with the ability to use analytics to make key business decisions
  • Hands-on experience using MeLi analytical platforms (JoomPulse, Nubimetrics, Real Trends, etc.) to drive business strategy
  • Practical experience with Mercado Livre ads and marketing automation tools
  • Proven knowledge and experience in finding reliable local suppliers and negotiating favorable terms (experience in importation will be a plus)
  • Great negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Minimum B1 English proficiency
  • Based in São Paulo
