Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to lead our Quality Improvement initiatives. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for driving cultural transformation towards quality excellence and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain quality standards to improve KPIs, focusing on TNQC, customer scorecard improvement, and alignment with global best practices.
  • Develop and mentor team members, lead cross-department follow-ups, benchmark with other sites, and manage quality projects to ensure consistent performance and sustainable results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced English proficiency and strong knowledge of quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on cultural transformation, KPI improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
