Finance Business Partner for Service Sales

Role Overview: The Finance Business Partner for Service Sales is a pivotal role within the LATAM Finance Business Performance Management (BPM) team, dedicated to providing financial insights and support to our Service Operations.

Team Dynamics: Our LATAM BPM team is a diverse group of finance professionals located across various countries, collaborating closely with operational stakeholders to enhance performance management, business finance, and financial controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary financial advisor to the Service Sales team, overseeing forecasting and margin control for the Service Sales portfolio.
  2. Manage commercial offers, ensuring accuracy and validation of financial details.
  3. Review contracts during the sales phase for consistency and compliance.
  4. Oversee cost management, consolidating databases for commercial offers.
  5. Conduct cash flow planning across multiple currencies.
  6. Monitor inflation impacts during the sales phase.
  7. Track key performance indicators such as Service Order Intake and profitability.
  8. Facilitate monthly forecast meetings with Sales directors.
  9. Engage with corporate stakeholders to align financial strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project or business controlling.
  3. Strong background in project cost management and business performance analysis.
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in SAP BI and SAP BPC being advantageous.
  5. Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
