Family Business Consultant Job Opportunity

This role involves providing strategic guidance to family businesses, helping them navigate complex decisions and achieve long-term success.

Key responsibilities include consulting with business leaders on strategy, growth, profit, succession, governance, and team development. This requires a strong understanding of financial and strategic acumen, as well as excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Collaboration with fellow consultants is also essential in designing and implementing solutions aligned with the company's intellectual property. Facilitating planning sessions and workshops with ownership groups, leadership teams, and family members is a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, or executive-level leadership. A proven ability to advise business owners and C-suite leaders on complex, high-stakes decisions is necessary.

A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred. Strong relationships-building skills, combined with strategic insight and clear deliverables, are essential for leading a portfolio of active client engagements.
