Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our team and help family businesses thrive. As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding clients towards improved profitability, valuation, and capital allocation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business strategy, leadership development, and family dynamics. They will be able to diagnose problems, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult and coach family business leaders on strategic growth, profit improvement, succession planning, governance, and team development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement tailored solutions aligned with our expertise.
  • Facilitate workshops and planning sessions with ownership groups, leadership teams, and family members.
  • Interpret financial data and build models to guide clients toward improved performance.
  • Lead client engagements, balancing relationship-building with strategic insight and clear deliverables.
  • Create content that strengthens our position in the market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, or executive-level leadership.
  • Proven ability to advise business owners and C-suite leaders on complex decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
