Job Description

The Senior Manager/Director of Business Transformation will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and integration across our business units.

Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), this leader will monitor program performance, track outcomes, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business transformation, program management, or operations within medical devices, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, program management, or operations within medical devices, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business results.
  • Strong skills in program tracking, milestone management, KPI reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in regulated or quality-critical manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
