The Senior Manager/Director of Business Transformation plays a pivotal role in driving growth, operational efficiency and integration across two business units. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, this leader monitors program performance, tracks outcomes and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To translate transformation roadmaps into clear executable programs across integrated OEM solutions and manufacturing solutions.
  • To monitor program progress track milestones and ensure delivery against key performance indicators financial targets and transformation objectives.
  • To build and maintain dashboards reporting tools and structured updates to provide visibility into program status risks and outcomes.
  • To drive cross-functional working sessions to resolve issues remove barriers and maintain program momentum.
  • To collaborate with commercial leaders on tactical initiatives such as customer targeting pricing discipline salesforce effectiveness and go-to-market execution.
  • To support operations leaders in implementing initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency strengthen demand and supply planning reduce cost-to-serve and uphold medical device quality compliance.
  • To prepare program status reports and insights for the Chief Transformation Officer and senior leadership team highlighting progress risks and corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation program management or operations within medical devices life sciences or advanced manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business results.
  • Strong skills in program tracking milestone management KPI reporting and risk mitigation.
